So about a month ago, ordered breakfast for the family. Picked it up. Multiple items missing. Went back they gave me my missing items. And they gave me a coupon for a free Route 44. I went today to use my coupon for a free drink. Multiple trips to my truck to discuss the coupon. They said “we always attach a name to a mess up” when we give these coupons away. You would have had to sign something. I didn’t. So she said it’s against our protocol to accept the coupon, they gave me. It took 15 mins for them to tell me we won’t accept a coupon we gave you. I’ll never be back and I visit this Sonic regularly, multiple times a week. Customer Service here is dead and has an attitude. Bye Sonic. Keller Parkway is awful.

Person in drive thru was in a bad mood, we asked for sweet tea and they gave us unsweet tea. They didn’t gave us napkins, we asked for ketchup and napkins and the guy got mad. The food was cold and we didn’t asked to exchanged the sweet tea because he was mad.

It's Sonic, not much else to say. This location is ran pretty well, never have order issues and the property is decently maintained.

It's really hot outside about a week ago and my little one was miserable. We got some cold drinks and the car hop was just amazing at making my daughter smile. We had an issue with our order and Jasmin made sure that we got our order. Thanks you for the good attitude in this heat!

The food and drinks are good MOST of the time BUT I got food posioning once from here, the chillie. Always been sketched by the chillie. And also tonight i got slushies that were unflavorful and tasted like mildew!! I truly wonder how often they clean machines and replace food/drinks..
