If you have a problem on your car and want to make it worse this is the right shop. My significant other got some work done on his car and they made it worse. They gas light you into thinking you brought in a used part or “ you messed up it “. They say their mechanics are professional, and the best. Why did they put a broken piece back into a car? He took his car to another shop and they fixed his car for half the price they charged him. Not to mention they wanted to charge for every little thing and tricked him by into having two alignments when they could have waited on one of the till the job was complete. They posted his work on social medias and wanted to taken down and they’re not honoring that. They’re unprofessional and keep blocking me. What does that say about their business.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago to have some coilovers installed, prior to this I was provided with a price breakdown of an alignment and the parts being installed, as pictured below. After picking up my car I noticed it pulling just slightly to the right, didn’t think much of it. Over the next few weeks the pull gradually became worse, the alignment is now so bad I have to drive with my steering wheel pulled far to the left just to drive straight. I spent a week trying to get through to someone at the shop. Once I finally did, I brought the alignment, that I paid them for, to their attention and I was immediately blamed for the issue myself and not being careful with my own car. I’ve driven a lowered car for over 10 years, never had a mishap with it and nothing has happened to my car since getting it back from the shop. I was told they “didn’t know what they wanted me to do about it”, and when insisting that they address and take accountability for their mistakes I was repeatedly and argumentatively accused of causing the issue to my car myself. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and business operations anywhere else before. My alignment was either never done, or done poorly, neither issue do they wish to even address. STAY AWAY from this shop..extremely shady business and horrendous service.

OMO Motorsports is the best shop around and they do everything for all makes and models cars trucks , off-road etc !!! All your car needs done in one place from Modifications to Mechanics to Paint and Body to Regular Maintenance it has wheels and needs modifications do service or Mechanics OMO Motorsports is the place to go !!!!!

They take forever to provide customers with tracking information and catch an attitude when you do ask for an update on your package… but im sure the product will be great and ill get what i want…eventually…. just sucks because ive heard great things about this company and i had really high hopes but so far i dont know🤷🏻‍♂️ hopefully they will get better at customer service

Shady people, kept my OEM rear LCA and front suspension parts, also was sold a Momo steering wheel with a wrong size, guy tells me it's a 320 mm but lied to just get rid of it, it was actually a 280mm which is too small and that's not what I wanted. No professionalism or integrity!! Go next door called "Kar Plus" way better to deal with!

They accept returns in their policy but they will never ever get back to you if you reach out.

I hit up Drew about a carbon hood and carbon trunk, he worked with me to secure my business and came to numbers we both can agree on, unfortunately the hood didn’t fit in my car so he had his buddy deliver it to my house that same day for only a small charge more! They have great customer service and communication! Recommend getting your car parts here if you are looking for some!
